These forms and notes were compiled by field workers and document the work of the church inventory project. Included are abstracting forms, usually handwritten, with short descriptions attached; building forms, which were used to compile information on the buildings being surveyed; and loose notes. The church record forms were used to compile information including the church name, denomination, county and town names, date of organization, and descriptions of records in the custody of the church.
